High Performance is Thorold Elite's top tier — a separate, invitation-based division giving the club's strongest provincial- and national-level athletes the coaching, planning and recruiting support to compete nationally and run at the post-secondary level.

Who it's for

Top-ranked athletes

Among the best in Ontario and Canada in their events — training is the priority, and the program is built around their competition calendar.

Post-secondary prospects

Chasing track & field at the U SPORTS or NCAA level — with the mark sheets, race film and coaching relationships to get there.

By invitation

A separate tier, not an open stream. Athletes are identified alongside the head coaches and invited into High Performance.

What High Performance is

Structured coaching

Event-specific training built around the athlete and the meet they're peaking for — specificity and quality, not junk volume.

Season planning

Detailed competition planning so athletes arrive at provincials and nationals sharp — with the review structure to keep progressing every block.

Recruiting support

Step-by-step help through the post-secondary process — verified mark sheets, race film, and an honest coach's read for university programs.
